I have struggled with problem skin all my life. I have been to spas around the world, and Catherine is the first esthetician to get my skin under control. Catherine's scientific, consultative, personalized approach was just a new experience. She looked for root causes, test drove products with samples, and never tried to sell me products that weren't working for my skin. She is truly passionate about her work which shows in the quality of her treatments. Since seeing Catherine, only once did I try services at a different establishment, with disastrous results. A famous spa just wanted to sell me service after service without recognizing that the treatments were making my skin worse. I went straight back to Catherine to get my skin healthy again. She is a trusted adviser and truly a skin expert!

With many skin issues over the years I was not getting much help from Dermatologists. Catherine was able to help teach me how to heal my skin and make it stronger. My second pregnancy brought on hormonal issues,and she was able to teach me the "why" and "how" of my skin problems, and put the problems into perspective. I now live in a different region of the country, but the education that I received from her has given me the tools to work with my changing skin. I also can contact her with questions at any time, and she is always ready to help! As well as having a strong knowledge of the skin, her customer services are unmatched!

I had been looking for an esthetician in Richmond since we moved here in 2001. A friend recommended Catherine, stating the experience was wonderful, and the massage was great. I have been blessed with good skin, and wanted someone to help me keep it that way. Every time I have a facial I walk out totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
